The young lady was very polite, thorough and very diligent, and having had such a bad experience with the other company we tried to use, we were very wary of how things would pan out. We liked it that you took the time to discuss our needs, and to meet the cleaner prior to starting with us - for me it was very nice for me to receive a happy phone call last Thursday from my wife!
