Q. How quickly can you find me a cleaner?
A. Usually within a week. Depending on cleaner availability it may take a little longer, particularly for a Thursday or Friday clean as these days are most in demand.
Q. How much does your service cost?
A. The typical rate is £9.50 per hour, inclusive. There are no hidden extras. For comparison purposes, MyHome typically charges £25, Molly Maid £20 and Homebirds £10.99 per hour. [1]
Q. What if I'm dissatisfied with my cleaner?
A. Simply let us know your concerns and we will do all we can to remedy the situation as quickly as possible. We have a large database of vetted cleaners, one of whom should suit your needs perfectly.
Q. What insurance cover do you have in place?
A. Up to £2 million against accidental damage, a fidelity bond and loss of keys cover.
Q. Do you have a minimum number of hours?
A. Yes. The minimum number of hours is 2 per week. Any less and our cleaners would spend more time travelling between jobs than doing what they do best!
Q. Do you do one-off spring cleans or end-of-tenancy cleans?
A. Sorry, we don't.
Q. Can I change the cleaning tasks from week to week?
A. Absolutely. It's all part of the service!
Q. I'm not in during the day. Can I trust a set of house keys to the cleaner?
A. Yes. All our cleaners are thoroughly vetted. If they are not experienced key-holders when we recruit them (and most already are) then we will train them in the necessary security procedures.
