How quickly can you find me a cleaner?
Usually within a week. Depending on cleaner availability it may take a little longer, particularly for a Thursday or Friday clean as these days are most in demand.
What is the cost?
Our rate is £9.50 per hour, inclusive. There are no hidden extras. For comparison purposes, MyHome typically charges £25, Molly Maid £20 and Homebirds £10.99 per hour.[1]
Do you have a minimum number of hours?
The minimum is 2 hours per week. Any less and our cleaners would spend more time travelling between jobs than doing what they do best!
I have a 3-bed house. How many hours cleaning do I need per week?
A rough guide would be 1 hour per bedroom in the property. We can be more precise once we have seen the property.
Do your cleaners speak English?
Yes, they do.
Can I change the cleaning tasks from week to week?
Absolutely. It's all part of the service!
What if I'm dissatisfied with my cleaner?
Let us know your concerns and we will do all we can to quickly remedy the situation.
What insurance cover do you have?
Public and Products Liability up to £1 million and Employers' Liability up to £10 million with Aviva (formerly Norwich Union).
Do you do one-off cleans or end-of-tenancy cleans?
Sorry, we don't. We specialise in regular weekly cleaning.
I'm out during the day. Can I trust my keys to the cleaner?
Yes, you can. All our cleaners are thoroughly vetted. If they are not experienced key-holders when we recruit them (and most already are) then we will train them in the necessary security procedures.
